RPR will retrieve any document recorded at a county courthouse by specific recording information or by property information provided.

Legal and Vesting Report

Provide report of last recorded vesting deed and full copy of the deed.

Current Owner Search

This is an overall summary of the public records to provide ownership, encumbrances, tax and judgment information regarding the specified property. This is typically used as part of an uninsured real estate loan application.

Two Owner Search

This is the same as the current owner search, upgraded to include the most recent prior owner information.

Tax Certificate

Current and delinquent tax status on all taxing entities for a property.

Marketable Chain of Title Search

Full title search of real property records back to that states statutory requirements.

Recording Bringdown/Update

Update of property records for a property from a specific date within the past six months to the most current date available in the county records.

Search Update

Update of property records for a report previously provided by RPR from the prior effective date to the most current date available in the county records.
